ΝΕΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ ΜΕΛΗ

1. The start of the spatial planning study (SHOOAAP) of the Municipality of Apollonia has finally been signed, which in any case from what we estimate will have been signed by the Regional Governor of the Ionian Islands no later than two years from now.
   This means that in two years at the latest we also have the plan of our settlement.

2. We have started the process of defining the beach since it is a necessary condition for issuing a building permit.
   We expect to be finished at the beginning of next year.

3. The demarcation and implementation with stakes of the boundaries of the entire estate began. The boundaries of the second plot have already been implemented.

4. The last hundred meters of the road that leads from Vasiliki to our estate has been widened.

5. Inside the estate, a road was made that leads from the gate to the upper part of the estate for those who want to visit it physically with a 4X4 or on foot.
   The existing roads were cleaned as well as the staircase that leads to the beach, while we also created a small parking lot for about ten cars.
6. For those of the co-owners who want to visit the estate and take a bath, they must necessarily have with them the membership card that we enclose.
   By showing the card they will give you a key to the portoni in Marantochori (Politis Nikos 6976165913) for those who come with their car or they will take you the boats from Vasiliki   in Agiofyli for free, they will offer you sunbeds and an umbrella for free, while you can take whatever you want from the canteen with a 50% discount.

Finally, let's remind those who forgot or neglected to deposit their annual subscription (€70) for 2009 to  accounts a. 5407-042031-004 or b. 5407-044836-256 of Piraeus Bank.
